The conversation naturally started with growth. Over the past year, our focus has been clear: expand with intent across regulated markets while staying true to the creative identity that defines our games. From new operator partnerships across Europe to a strategic entry into Brazil, 2025 became a year of meaningful expansion rather than volume for volume’s sake. Each market entry was approached deliberately, with localisation and long-term presence in mind.
At the same time, our roadmap evolved. We increased our release cadence while continuing to explore a wide range of tones and mechanics, from ambitious sequels like Barbarossa Dragon Empire to more experimental concepts that stretch the edges of our portfolio. Alongside new titles, we introduced FUSE, a new initiative designed to bring bold creative voices under the Peter & Sons umbrella and expand how we build and collaborate as a studio.
Beyond the games themselves, we’ve continued exploring new ways to express our identity. Whether through live event activations, original music releases, or the ongoing evolution of our brand experience, the goal remains the same: build worlds that extend beyond the reels and leave a lasting impression.
Recognition followed naturally, with multiple industry nominations and awards across the year, alongside continued team growth and international expansion. But if there’s one idea that defined the conversation, it was this: growth only matters if it protects the craft behind it.
Looking ahead, the focus remains steady. New regulated markets, deeper partnerships, and continued experimentation are all part of the journey but always guided by the same principle that shaped our early days.
